Just around the corner there is the Dw Gdański metro station (2 stops to the Centrum station), trams, buses, and for the active Veturilo bicycle station. You can walk to the Old Town or the Polin Museum. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and shops on the site. Apartment is for people who are not only looking for a good location, but also for comfort, quiet and rest after an active day. Although the apartment is in the city center, it provides the perfect silence. In addition, the apartment you will love for a comfortable bed. We issue invoices, the possibility of ordering breakfasts. The flat is located on the 4th floor in a building with an elevator. It is fully equipped, ready for short and long stays. Perfect for business trips and tourists looking for a base to explore Warsaw. From here it is close to everywhere. Space: The studio consists of a room with a seating area with a balcony and a sleeping area and a kitchenette, a bathroom. For guests there is a hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel, a set of towels, a washing machine. Neighborhood: There are several restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, 2 supermarkets: Piotr i Paweł and Simply (in the ATM), Rossmann. There is really everything you need for a shorter stay. This is my one of the most favorite locations. On foot: Polin Museum 10 min Old Town, New Town 10 min Arkadia Shopping Center 10 min Krasinski Garden (Park) 5 min Muranów Cinema 4 min (one metro stop or two tram stops) Movement: Metro and railway station 4-5 min walking from the apartment (Dw Gdanski station): 3 stops to Centrum station (10min) 2-3 minutes on foot to bus and tram stops. You will get here from anywhere in Warsaw. There is a Veturilo bicycle station by the metro station Direct access to the Old Town with lines 116 and 178, 503 (journey time is 13-19 minutes, but the same time will take a walk) You can start the sightseeing of the Old Town from the New Town How to reach the apartment: The most comfortable place get to the Dw Gdański metro station, from where it is only 5 minutes to the apartment. The car entrance to the estate is from Stawki Street (from Rossman) Only people who bought a car park can enter the estate but you can also park around the building. Taxi: From Chopin Airport (Okęcie Airport): 39-51 PLN (travel time: 26-35 minutes), PLN 22-30 PLN from PKP Central Train Station: PLN 18-23 (journey time: 13-15 minutes), uber 11- 14 pln Guest access: Guests have access to all the equipment in the apartment, make yourself at home, coffee, black / green tea, Brita filtered water, cosmetics kit and towels. a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a hair dryer, An iron and an ironing board are located in the built-in wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals as much as at home. There is a playground for children in the estate. Parking space in the underground garage is additionally payable 30 PLN / day. Other important information: The apartment is completely non-smoking. The property does not accept pets. For breaking the above regulations, a fee of 550 PLN will be charged for the event. In the apartment is not allowed to organize events, social events and conduct any form of business. The apartment can accommodate no more than the number of people specified in the booking. For breaking the above regulations will be charged a fee of 1500 PLN. This also applies to the arrival of the police / municipal guard. The apartment is only for accommodation purposes. Please observe the quiet hours from 22:00 to 6:00. Check-in after 21:30 incurs an additional fee of 35 PLN. Check-out is at 11:00. If you do not inform about the desire to check out later, you will be charged a fee of 25 PLN for each started hour, so we encourage guests to contact us to avoid payment :) Size: 38 m2.
