Apartment Rules
General Rules:
- Smoking of tobacco and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The apartment is for overnight stays only.
Parties and Gatherings:
- Organizing parties, social gatherings disturbing the peace, or conducting any business activities in the apartment is prohibited.
- Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is allowed to stay in the apartment.
- If the police or municipal guards are called due to disturbances, an additional fee will be charged.
Quiet Hours:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional fee of 45 PLN.
- If you wish to check-out later than the designated time, a fee of 35 PLN will be charged for each hour started unless you inform the staff in advance to avoid additional fees.
Additional Fees:
- A fine of 550 PLN will be charged for violating the smoking and pet policies.
- A fine of 1500 PLN will be charged for violating the rules on parties/gatherings or causing disturbances, including police or municipal guard interventions.
Additional fees will be added to the bill and are payable on-site or according to the reservation terms.
